Implementation package. A new resource is available to help districts, conferences, and other judicatories guide groups of clergy through the LPLI. This resource package includes video and other electronic resources to explain how the LPLI can be used effectively in your group, along with an implementation guide and resources to use for publicizing the availability of the LPLI. Virginia Conference to use LPLI with provisional clergy. The Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church will begin using the Lewis Pastoral Leadership Inventory™ this year with second-year provisional clergy. “We are very pleased with what the Lewis Center has created,” says Beth Downs, director of ministerial services for the conference. “This will be a great change for us.”
